Alam Anda Dive & Spa Resort -Tejakula, Buleleng  - The house reef in front of this German-owned resort features a unique nature reserve where Scorpion leaf fish, anglerfishes, pygmy seahorses, ghost pipefish and nudibranchs of various species may be seen. Also located close to Tulamben, Ulami, Kubu and Amed dive sites. There is a certified professional Werner Lau dive center on-site operating two dive boats, guided trips and a number of specialized courses. Diving is done at Bali’s East coast and reach well-known dive sites such as Ahmed, the wreck of the Liberty and Manta Point at Nusa Penida by boat or by car. In addition, the house reef at Alam Anda is stunning and no dive resembles another one. Even experienced divers discover new things on every dive there.

Adventure Divers Bali  - Jl. Jemeluk, Amed - PADI and SSI dive shop offer a full range of courses and dives to sites such as Amed, Jemeluk, Bunutan, Tulamben, Gili Selang and Kubu. This is the most commonly used base for visitors wishing to dive the USS Liberty wreck at Tulamben. There are other good dive sites close at hand and a thriving dive industry has developed all the way along the coast here.

There is some fine diving in Jemeluk Bay both from the beach and from boats in deeper water. After a gentle slope out from shore, the wall here drops off dramatically to depths of 40 m plus. The coral is healthy and fish life abundant. There are some good drift dives further east at Selang and Bunutan but these are generally only suited to more experienced divers.

Amed Scuba - Bunutan - Offers diving tours around Bali as well as local Amed-based dive-safaris. Instruct all PADI courses. Starting from the sand slope, you will see an impressively large school of Garden eels at around 12m. After the Garden eels, we would expect to do a gentle drift which enables us to effortlessly see amazing Barrel sponges, Blue-spotted rays, beautiful sea fans, schooling Chevron barracudas, Giant trevally, a wide variety of reef fish and some resident White-tip reef sharks. During the dry season (July-September), to avoid stronger currents, we need to dive this site at slack high tide.
Avoid low tide to dive in this area. Always dive during high tide to slack high tide.

Scuba Seraya Resort - Desa Tukad Dabu, Tulamben - A large beachfront resort with excellent macro-photography and critter diving sites. Several underwater photography competitions have been held here because of the variety of macro sites. Scuba Seraya Resort is now widely regarded as one of NE - Bali's best-run dive centers. Being a PADI resort association member, safety and quality are of prime concern. If you look for individual attention, no groups, unhurried service and very small classes, Scuba Seraya Resort and Scuba Seraya Dive are just your ticket! Easy beach entries and the resorts purpose-built fast dive boat assure a totally relaxed way of diving. There is a great variety of “critters” just in front of the resort. Besides all the known Tulamben and Amed dive-sites, they have explored and found many as yet unknown sites in the close vicinity as well as further afield. 

Bali Sunfish Safaris - Jl. By Pass Ngurah Rai no. 46e, Sanur - As one might guess, the specialty of this center is tracking the Mola Mola, or sunfish. The heaviest known bony fish is circular and flat in shape, measures 2 x 2 meters, and lives at depths of 300 meters, except during their cleaning season between August and October when they come closer to the surface.  Bali Sunfish Safaris operates from Padang Bai Beach Resort, set on the sandy beach of a picturesque village right in the heart of Mola Mola country. The dive trips depart daily from the Bali Dive Centre’s in Kuta & Sanur South Bali. At the end of the Safari, you will have a scenic drive back to your accommodation returning to south Bali approximately 3:30 pm.

Mimpi Menjangan - Banyuwedang, Menjangan - A resort and dive center servicing Northwest Bali and sites such as The Eel Garden, Pos II and a 40-meter deep dive to the Anker Wreck, a 150-year old wooden ship.  Mimpi Dive Centre has regular snorkeling and diving trips to Menjangan Island and also offers dive excursions to Secret Bay and Puri Jati.
