North of the main street in Ubud, you’ll find the Chapel of Mother Goddess Rajarajeshwari Tripurasundari, a modern center of worship dedicated to the feminine facet of the divine. This beautiful interfaith chapel was established to honor the mother goddesses in history, such as Kuan Shih Yin, Mary Magdalene, Lakshmi, Durga, Kali, Saraswati, Gayatri, and many others.

The aim of the chapel is to "spread both knowledge and devotion about the oldest form of religion known to humanity - the worship of Deity in Her original form: our first spiritual refuge; our surest sanctuary throughout the ages; our point of origin: our Mother God”.
