This subak (rice field) temple located situated in the village of Sangsit is dedicated to Dewi Sri the goddess of rice and fertility and was built on the site of a well in the 15th century making it one of the oldest pura in North Bali.  Most noted for it’s incredibly ornate northern Bali-style of stone carving and ostentatious architecture.
