Situated north of Pura Besakih, in the village of Sengguan, this tranquil ‘Flower Garden Temple’ was built in the 17th century and features a number of scenic ponds and gardens and an eleven-tiered meru tower. The quiet lawns and ponds around this temple, northeast of the Taman Kertha Gosa complex, make it a relaxing stop and live up to the translation of its name: Flower Garden Temple. The towering 11-roofed meru indicates that this was a temple built for royalty.

Pura Taman Sari place complex is composed of three temples; Segening Temple, Pura Taman Sari Water Castle and Pura Penataran, lined from North to South. This temple is considered to be very important because it was once used to be a weapons storage site of the inheritance of the Kingdom of Majapahit who belonged to the dynasty of Kepakisan.
